The process
Nine Steps From Inquiry to Launch.
Timelines depend on your scope and on a few things on your side, such as Stripe verification and domain access. We agree a timeline in your proposal.

Initial inquiry
You send a short quote request telling us about your school or organization, what you want to fundraise for and when you’d like to launch.

Requirements review
We review your request and follow up personally, usually by email, to understand your campaigns, branding, who will manage the site and any special requirements.

Custom proposal
You receive a written proposal covering scope, timeline, a fixed one-time development price and any optional hosting or add-on modules, so your board can review it properly.

Agreement and initial payment
Once you’re happy, we sign a simple client agreement that sets out what you own and what we deliver. An initial payment schedules your project.

Branding and customization
We set up your installation with your logo, colors, photography, content and first campaigns, and share a preview for feedback.

Stripe and email configuration
We guide you through creating or connecting your organization’s own Stripe account, and configure receipts and notification emails in your school’s name.

Domain deployment
We work with whoever manages your school’s domain to point an address such as fund.yourschool.org at your new website, with SSL included.

Testing and launch
We test donations end to end, check every page on phones and computers, and go live when you’re ready.

Handover and optional ongoing support
We train your team on the dashboard and hand over everything. If you choose Managed Hosting, we keep the site running; otherwise it’s yours to host independently.
